MyRiga — Terms of Service

By using MyRiga you agree to these terms.

1. The service

MyRiga is a marketplace for Riga where users can post listings, browse places, read news, chat, and leave reviews. We provide the platform; we are not a party to deals between users.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the content you post. Keep your login secure.

3. Acceptable use

• No illegal, fraudulent, offensive, or misleading content.
• No spam, scams, or prohibited goods/services.
• One review per place per week. Reviews must be genuine.
• Respect other users in chat.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Listings and deals

Deals are made directly between buyers and sellers. Verify the other party and never pay in advance to unknown parties. MyRiga is not responsible for transactions, quality, or disputes between users.

5. Boost (paid promotion)

You may pay to promote a listing or place to the TOP for a chosen period. Payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and are subject to their refund policies.

6. Content rights

You keep ownership of content you post, but grant MyRiga a license to display it within the app.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for user content, third-party services, or losses from deals between users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
